I’ve lived here since it was called monarch. It’s been a rollercoaster for this place. Ever since Walk2campus took over, things have been changing and they have been revamping the place so quickly it’s insane! I was originally going to move after my lease ends but now I want to wait to see all the new stuff that they are doing! Sad they let my Maintence man Earl leave he was amazing :( but so far Maintence is quicker than ever, the office is on top of everything and handles our issues perfectly! Keep it up I see bright things for this place with you guys!

It is overall pretty okay. The pool is super nice. They are focusing more on revamping the complex than cleaning the hallways and staircases. Maintenance comes super quickly to fix anything.
