I stopped in on my way to the beach to pick up an OTC from the pharmacy area. I wanted to use a coupon that was emailed but it didn’t show up at the register when I entered my phone number. Amanda was at the register and couldn’t be nicer. She was so helpful and patient, helping me learn how to log into my CVS account online and explaining the benefits of the CVS app. It turned out that I was using my home phone number but my ExtraCare on my email was linked to a new account with my cell phone. Thanks Amanda for helping me use the emailed coupon and teaching me how this works for the future!

If you need to call them expect to wait on hold indefinitely then be hung up on. When you go in there there’s always 15 people in line, so plan to wait at least 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions that are ready. Drive through is always closed.

Best pharmacy I have ever used. They are short staffed, but they’ve called the doctors office when needing their approval. And the medication is so very important to my child’s health so it must be filled on time and they ensure that it is. They truly care for their customers. I couldn’t ask for anything more from a pharmacy.
