I shopped there sometimes because I really have no choice because I have so little money to spend. I don't live inside the city and they are not helpful should I have a particular need. Its difficult for me to get there often and they won't let me know when they have something I need. They are probably great for people that live closer to them and it's easier and more convenient for them to stop by. Not very helpful to poor people. Real poor people don't have the means to be making frequent trips there to find something.

I like how they remodeled the place but the prices have gone up sky high on things. My grandma was shocked!

Three years ago, they KNEW what working class people need. After closing down for the C-19 pandemic, they have now reopened as a completely different way of doing business. $75 for a beat up dresser, high priced decorative knickknacks, that huge winter coat section disappeared entirely. Now they have higher prices than Walmart on beat up furniture. Shameful.
