I was just there last week and did not see anything like that .. would a bamboo pole from a garden center work for you? I would call there about the beard or try to find a costume store

They have exchanged items that were missing things. Ask. After going through this one's I've bought costumes before there but I always check them before I leave since the last time it was missing something after I left. Try to see if they'll exchange it with a receipt.
