I've only seen a sign for masks. And they have a plastic barrier between customer and cashier. But not sure on store owners cleaning practices though. Maybe intermediate if any.

They sell dried cuttlefish, but nothing cooked unless u occasionally catch them on day when the owner sells kimchee pancakes.
I don't recall ever seeing much pre made fillipino food but they should carry most ingredients typically used. They mostly carry Korean and some Japanese products.
