The customer needs to find their own land, whether it be a park or private lot. We then place the home. Home prices are determined on what floorplan is chosen and what upgrades our clients want to include.

Temporary fiberglass steps in rear of unit need to be replaced. What is the total price to haul steps away and replace with new steps?
