We have not had very good experiences the past several times with edible arrangements. Yesterdays delivery was no different. I think at this point it will no longer be an option for surprises. Ordered the ‘Birthday Delicious fruit with confetti berries’ added extra dipped bananas and dipped pineapple. This was not an inexpensive option. The basket had not one berry (strawberry) in it. It specifically stated cake batter confetti berries and there wasn’t one in the arrangement. There is always an issue and it doesn’t matter which store you order from. I have yet to have a perfect experience with Edible Arrangements and for the price, that’s sad.

My sister placed an order two days ago for my mother's birthday. It is after 5pm, and the order has not been delivered. The only explanation we were given was that it was in transit, and it can sometimes take all day to make deliveries. The …Hello! Per Edible Arrangements policy, as stated online in the delivery information, residential deliveries may be made as late as 7:00pm. Our store does try our best to ensure that we complete deliveries even earlier than that, however, when possible. We delivery to all of Savannah and the surrounding cities and your order is placed safely on a refrigerated vehicle while the driver navigates their way to each and every customer. We hope that your mother enjoys her Edible Arrangement!
