I nice park that is well kept and has friendly residents. A good location on the outskirts of Punta Gorda with not a lot of traffic nearby for most of the day.

Beautiful 55 and over park in SW Florida access to beautiful Charlotte harbor via alligator creek with fantastic down town PG right down 41 fisherman's village is a must see. Rent a boat at holidaze to enjoy the harbor or take an evening cruise on the cruise boat parents lived there for 22 years now it's my turn.

You own your own lot. To purchase in the park you must buy in a minimum of 5 shares at $1,000 a piece. At 5 shares that will be an hoa of $900 quarterly. You can purchase up to 20 shares and the hoa can go down to around $500 quarterly. You get back the share amount when you sell.
