We typically have a good experience when we go here. Kelly does a good job with my son's hair. We went earlier though, and there is no working restroom. What the heck?! We've gone back a few times and the restroom is fixed. We've had Hannah now, and she's great.

Of course they will. From a customer perspective, the whole point of a franchise is that they will honor specials/promos/coupons from any of their same corporate stores.
