It took me two years to grow my hair to a length I wanted but it was too thick around the bottom so I said I liked the overall length and that I just wanted some of the weight out around the ends. The stylist said there was a heavy line and she could handle the request. When she turned me to the mirror after cutting I was mortified. I not only had a completely different look and not at all what I'd described I had bangs cut all the way to the middle of my head. I can't begun to make sense of what I'm sporting now. I regret trying someone new and now I'm set months back with a look I have no idea how to work with. Awful haircut. And the expense was not worth even a good cut. So disappointed.

This was my first time here, I was a bit nervous because I am pretty particular about how my blunt bob is cut due to bad prior experience. But Kim was precise and took her time with me. Ask for Kim if your looking for your next cut! I will be back for a cut and color next time. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
