Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Never rushed us. The ribs were not falling off the bone and just a bit dry for my sons. The Cajun pasta was amazing.

The waitress never came to check on us during our meal, we never got napkins or a refill on drinks. She forgot our kids orders so all the adults had food and the kids did not had to wait for their orders. She forgot drinks. When we asked for things we had to ask three times and this was just Lemons that we asked for with our beverage, ranch for our appetizer. The service was horrible. The food was okay. My shrimp was cold on my pasta. Yeah it was a horrible experience all around.

Just called the store and manager hung up on me. I had ordered a chicken sandwich for delivery and they sent me two chicken breasts with the toppings instead of the sandwhich. When I called for a refund the manager just kept asking what I wanted them to do about it. I said I’d like a refund and he said I only referenced the sandwich. Kept asking what to do and said what’s the problem? I told them again I needed a refund. He kept asking me on what I wanted a refund on but if you’re a business and you mess up and order, wouldn’t you refund the food item? Especially since I already paid for it? After I clarified with him that THEY still messed up he said “I’ll refund you, thanks” and hung up. Super unprofessional.
