It's nearly impossible to reach anyone when calling, no matter what time of day. You stay on hold for 20-30 minutes at least. Then my experience with DR. MERCER was horrible the whole year my child has been seen by her. Almost every single time, she would have me and my infant son sitting in the examination room for almost an hour after the initial exam with the nurse ended with her asking us to keep him unclothed. The last time we had an appointment with her, I wound up leaving with my son after waiting an hour. She decided to come out of her office right across from where we were when she heard the door open and had the audacity to ask why we were leaving. Very unprofessional office.

It’s always an extremely long wait for appointments. It also takes forever for someone to answer the phone. Not useful at all. 8-15.. I left in tears!! I went in just to have blood work done. Over the phone they said no appointment required, be a quick walk in. So I’m waiting.. 20 mins pass by and I get up to look out the window. That was a bad idea! I walked back and asked the receptionist if it would be much longer and she checked and said I’m next. Then I get called back after 30 mins and they told me they thought I left! I was in the waiting room the entire time and the receptionist seen me the whole time because I constantly made eye contact with her. Also on my prior visit in April they closed all the door and locked up and left me in the waiting room all by myself. I almost thought they locked up and forgot me! I just cannot believe how everytime I go there it’s always a NIGHTMARE.

I seen Dr Peyton Kramer, she's very friendly very accurate in what she prescribes. Dr Peyton also listens to everything you have to say and she takes time to answer every question no matter if it's 1 or 100

They have the worst staff for answering the phones and you can be on hold for hours to get thru. I have been waiting months now for my appointment made a long time ago. I think they just don't care anymore and can't blame Covid anymore for lack of staff.
