I have been practicing in Northern Virginia for over 20 years and I have received great service from all the court clerk's offices and today I was the receipant of even greater service. The Fauquier County Juvenile and Domestic Relations General District Court Clerk, Ms. Jen Curry saw that a number was missing on a divestiture action, called the attorneys, sent the correct information needed and as a result the mistake was corrected, the order is thereafter being filed by the other attorney, and all is well. Ms. Curry saved a whole bunch of people time and money not to speak of the time she saved the court in correcting the matter before a judge had to deal with it. Hats off to Ms. Curry. THANK YOU!!

It is still a little bias against fathers or those arrested for domestic abuse cases but with calm and supported facts (with legal evidence) it does help. Make sure you have a good legal aid. There are some that are great or other ways to find help if you need public assistance.
