This was our second time coming here. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a history lesson on the jail and stories involving the people who inhabited the jail and then sent us off to explore. There was so much to see from information about the women's suffrage movement, native American artifacts, murder weapons from the 1800s, artifacts from the jail, the courtyard and jail cells..and so much more. It was informative, fun, ominous at times, and just a neat part of history and Warrenton.

Great museum, lots of interesting stuff. Tour guide is the best, very knowledgeable on the history of the jail and Fauquier county. Whether you're visiting or a resident. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Hi Debbie, there is not likely to be a spot available for RV's within the Town of Warrenton, but I will look into and get you an answer back as soon as possible!
Hi Diann, unfortunately both buildings have second floors that can only be accessed via stairs, however we do have a virtual walking tour on our website and if you come to our gift shop you can go through the entire virtual tour with one of our guides.
