Sent my wife in to top off our propane tanks since they weren't completely empty. Filled three tanks. One was empty but the other two were not. They did not weigh them and charged full price which is more then a regular tank exchange at DG or Ravenna Foods. Would not recommend.

We do require all that all of our Associates wear a mask. The only exception is if they are medically exempt with a doctor's note sent to our HR department. And our policy on someone not wearing a mask right now is to "Kindly remind them that it is part of MDHHS Mask mandate to wear a mask and next time they come in to put one on, or we will refuse service. We will forward your message to our COVID Response Team and the location manager to further look into this and follow up.
