I have lived here for two years and it has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. The staff has always been pleasant and handle all issues in a timely matter. The maintenance crew always does their best to keep the community and my work tickets complete with a pleasant and professional attitude. I highly recommend Ravens Crest for anybody looking for a quiet, well kept community.

The apartments themselves are nice, but not good enough to deal with incredibly rude neighbors and the remodeling construction that goes on morning til night on weekends. It is impossible to get a moment of peace here. The upstairs neighbor constantly stomps around at all hours of the night and has a huge dog that barks and runs around the apartment at 3 in the morning. I also cannot have anything on my balcony or even spend any time out there without fear of having gallons of water dumped on me by this neighbor (which has already happened and I was ignored when I complained about it), who has a forest growing from their balcony. There seems to always be construction noise going on. I understand that when people move out, apartments have to be cleaned, remodeled, etc., but the constant hammering on the walls from early morning until sunset is just ridiculous, especially on Saturdays and Sundays when I'm trying to enjoy my weekend. I shouldn't have to listen to that from the moment I wake up to well past dinner time. I used to live here and decided to give it a try again, but I'm really regretting that decision.

Worst greystar management ever. I wish they have kept the old staff because these news staff are rude unprofessional unpleasant. They don’t care and don’t do their jobs right. My kids and I had to stay five days without hot water they couldn’t send someone and I had to go to the office to complain before they can send someone able to repair the hot water l. Now our A/C doesn’t work and they don’t have on call maintenance to send. I can’t wait to leave this complex. Very worst ever.
