I just recently moved in and was having some issue with the refrigerator. I emailed the manager Marco who was kind to put in a ticket for me. By the time I got home from work the issue had been resolved. Very pleased with the quick action taken, not sure of the maintenance guys name, but he was leaving as I got home. He took the time to explain to me what he had done, which I very much appreciated.

$1344 which includes water and trash/recycling. It's a small development so they don't have a lot of 3BR but you might get lucky :)
