Service and ambiance was amazing. I’m guessing we’re just not fancy enough to appreciate the food. For example, the entree of scallops was only 3 scallops. Also the menu said it came with Mexican street corn, which was instead about 15 pieces of popcorn. In case you’re wondering, no popcorn doesn’t seem to pair well with scallops. Shrimp and lobster scampi seemed to be seafood fettuccine Alfredo.

We were excited for our night out for dinner at the Palace Arms but we ended up with a very disappointing night. The food was a complete disappointment, the drinks were extremely over priced and the service was ok due to the fact that they were understaffed. The food was bland and boring, no flavor and thrown together. The ribeye was overcooked and tasteless, the shrimp scampi was swimming in butter and oil and tasteless. I am very disappointed that we spent $250.00 dollars for junk that I could have easily made at home. Please think twice before you dine at this restaurant.

We had the most phenomenal experience here! Kristin was the BEST server we’ve ever had - kind, attentive, and radiated positivity. She made sure we had everything we needed. The steaks were cooked to perfection and they made us feel extremely special for our anniversary :) We had the surf & turf special, the ribeye, truffle fries, and asparagus. We will be returning, thanks so much!

When you're staying at the Brown Palace for a special occasion, as were my wife and I, and you want to be a little decadent without regard to cost, a fabulous dinner at the Palace Arms is "just what the doctor ordered." Highly professional staff, absolutely outstanding entrees, great wine list, elegant cozy atmosphere.
