So far exceptional service experience. Chad is an amazing service advisor. Saw a service special going on, drove 40 miles north from my location instead of going to my nearby Toyota dealership and I am glad that I made the right decision. I have been to numerous Toyota dealerships for services in the Midwest and Southern region and this is the best experience so far I have had. I like the way they send video of inspection and the service they have done on the vehicle. Will definitely be back for my future services.

The salesmen completely showed unconscious bias towards my wife and I. It was completely insulting from the minute we walked on the lot until the minute we left. They completely made us feel as if we we could not afford the car we asked to see; so much so that they were hesitant to even provide the price! We sadly took our money and spent it elsewhere; would have been great to spend it on the original vehicle we wanted to buy.
