Now, I understand the conditions of our order. The hurricane just passed, hardly any other restaurants were open for valid reasons, and I appreciate that Josie’s opened at all today. My girlfriend and I searched for hours for a place that was actually open not only according to Google, but in reality, as well. However, after submitting our order at 6:31 PM on September 29th online and waiting for the assigned 7:26 PM to reach the store, we were overwhelmed by the amount of other patrons also waiting for their food. There were two lines: one along the right wall lined to the door, and the other to the left stretching from the bar. I stood in the dining area, waiting in what I thought was the take-out line, and waited for nearly 30 minutes past the initial 7:26 PM pick up time. By the time I received the order, it was 7:51 PM, and I brought the food back to the car and drove home. When finally inspecting the food, the restaurant oh so carefully forgot two items. Carrots and celery, priced at $0.79, and a side of ranch, also $0.79. Instead, we were given four sides of marinara sauce which was three too many. Again, I do appreciate the work done and the integrity of the workers at Josie’s. However, we were very upset after a long hours-long day of searching for food, being ripped-off by a Chili’s that wasn’t actually open, and a Domino’s that ran out of gluten-free pizza crust. If they can’t remember ranch or carrots on an already simple food order, then I don’t think I want to give my business there again.

The pizza is sooo good and the boy who worked tonight with brown hair was soooo cute his smile is so adorable it made me blush ahhh😍🥰🥰

Excellent customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery and it wasn't up to my expectations. The owner and staff went out of their way to chat with me after hours and to remake us two pizzas on the house the following day.
