Literally the worse credit union I've come into contact with. You can't pick up a card in person, they take FOREVER to reimburse your money, they ask a bunch of stupid questions for an account that you already verified 30x! I am so sick of this credit union. The customer service workers are liars, they told me my card was sent out 2 weeks ago, I have yet to receive it, then I was told it would be expedited on Friday & arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, it has not come. I was told the card was JUST sent out on Tuesday. I AM ANGRY! I cannot access my funds because this bank works like its still 1950's! UGH.

SDFCU CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! THEY WILL WRONGFULLY TAKE YOUR MONEY, PUT YOUR ACCOUNT IN COLLECTIONS, SUE YOU AND SAY YOU OWE THEM MONEY. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET ANOTHER CREDIT UNION!!

I have called many times to get a refund on a extra payment I was charged, and they are so unhelpful. Call center seems to be people who have no idea how to solve problems. They say you will be contacted by someone who can help within one business day… no one has contacted me back to this day. Do not get a loan w them!
