The staff at this place are a joke. None of them have any customer service. They don’t know how to talk to customers. Their communication is terrible, they tried charging me a late fee when I wasn’t even told when the suit was supposed to be returned. There was no information given, I dealt with Mary and she never mentioned the date. On the suit they attached a return date tag but it wasn’t filled out so don’t understand the point of that if it’s not being used. She’s very unprofessional.

So unprofessional! They have Zero communication skills with customers. I regret giving this place my money. You have to chase them down for them for them to give you information! Very very disappointing! 🙄 if it wasn’t because I went to ask about my daughter’s dress personally, They wouldn’t have noticed they they didn’t do alterations I asked for!!!! They don’t even call you to let you know your order has arrived!!!! They find it funny when you ask them why they are so unprofessional!

I bought my dress from here only because my daughter loved it but the lady is RUDE ! and tried to charge me $100 more from what she told me the previous time i visited. So please be careful !
