My wife and I had a late lunch here at 3:30pm on Sunday. If you are worried about not getting a table, we were just about the only customers there. And if you are worried about price, yes it’s more pricey than the run-of-the-yellow-river place, but you can not get this food anywhere else. We had the scallion balls, the dry-fried spicy 🌶 eggplant spears, the roast duck, and the best Szechwan Kung Pow chicken with peanuts EVER no question. Every dish was exceptional. Spend the money and beat the crowds - you will be glad you did.

Our favorite Chinese spot in Fredericksburg with amazing selection and real Sichuan preparations. Be adventurous and try something new here you will not be sad. The chicken with numbing spice is amazing as is the dry fried eggplant appetizer

Understaffed, Slow service with mediocre food. Waitress did what she could, since she was the only one working.

I was in Fredericksburg and ordered some dishes to go for my family. When I got home (40 minutes away) I opened my Singapore Rice Noodles and was very disappointed to find there was no curry. The noodles are supposed to be bright yellow with curry. The noodles and vegetables were brown. I tasted it and there was no flavor at all and the vegetables were mushy and overcooked. I called to ask why there wasn't any curry and the lady, well, person, said that I didn't "ask" for curry sauce. I told her that I didn't think I would have to ask for it that it just comes that way. (Kind of like having to ask for spaghetti sauce when you order spaghetti and meatballs.) I told her that I've ordered this dish a hundred times and never had to ask for the curry. She was so extremely rude and argumentative I couldn't believe it. The conversation did not end well, and I will not be ordering food from here in the future. Also, I asked for a little container of the hot oil chili paste. She said it would cost $2.00 for the container that contains about 1 tablespoon. Crazy! So very disappointed.

I hope not...they were not using social distancing when we went there... our service and food was great...but every booth was full.
