Harmony at Falls Run is an excellent place to work. The staff and Residents are amazing. I am greeted with smiles throughout my day. I've never felt so at home, at work! The apartments are huge, the food is delicious, the nursing staff are very attentive, and the activities are thoughtful and fun. In everything they do, you can see the staff and Residents truly care for one another.

Definitely not a good place to work I did my application and I called 15 times about the job. Nobody called me back Z. Lachele Aaron and all the managers who worked ignored me and my phone calls . They only person who was nice to me was the lady who sits at the front desk she sent out emails and still noobdy called me back but she is sweeetheart I semi like her lol. On there card it say respect and compassion. I did not receive that energy at the interview process walked me all over the building and no response from anyone. Sad but true.

The Harmony is a delightful place to call home. Clean, attractive, safe, and fun. The staff are all friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Activities are plentiful and engaging, and cover a wide range of interests. The food and dining services can use a little help, and I understand that the pandemic and related personnel shortages have impacted The Harmony in this area. It is the only part of life at the Harmony that needs some improvement. I am very happy here at The Harmony.
