I used to love Savvy. The last several times I've been in the store, the staff has been very rude and uninterested in being helpful. I feel like the quality of clothing they're accepting is horrendous (there were peeling leather jackets, scuffed up and holy shoes, etc) when I'm told things I've brought in with brand new tags on it can't be taken. It really isn't making sense to me, but I can overlook that... It's really the customer service that is severely lacking which is so unfortunate. Definitely won't be a store I frequent any longer as I want to support a company that appreciates all shoppers.

We try not to take Old Navy, Target, Walmart (big box stores mostly)
It never hurts to try! They do carry extended sizes for ladies. Just make sure it's freshly laundered. I have consigned with them for a couple years now, and sometimes I'm surprised by what they don't accept, so don't let it get you down if they don't take it.
