I was awarded my CDA in 2020 and I NEVER got my original copy, I called COUNTLESS times they tell me I have to pay, I pay and I still never get my copy. It’s been WEEKS. They need to make this option available online and just save everybody the hassle. I hate the “service” they offer.

Terrible! I called the main number and was connected within a reasonable time but the service in trying to get a reissue of my CDA from 2012 amounted to around 7 or 8 phonecalls over almost 8 months and I was stil never issued my old CDA which I needed for a job. The issue appeared to lie with the billing department who I was told would contract me but never did. I spoke with about 4 or 5 reps over the whole failcascade and asked for a manager's involvment with no result, nothing, happening. Not even an apology or a followup. This organization might mean well but for me to get no response in such an important and basic matter is unacceptable. It's almost the epitomy of ironic given their name. Would never do business with again! Too bad they are the only go to place for a CDA. SHAME on Council for Professional Recognition.

I took my CAD in March and to this day it does not reach me !! They did not help me at all I can say that it is the worst customer service! they don't know anything. They do not give you solutions or help you, the only thing they say is ... we can do nothing more than submit a ticket. I'm very upset, I can't believe what kind of professionals they are.

I was awarded my CDA in 2001. I have since renewed 3 times. I renewed online in June of this year and my CPR document didn't upload but I was never informed by email or otherwise that my documents weren't received. After I called the council several times I then received a letter stating that my renewal packet time had expired and that I no longer hold a CDA. On August 13th I get another email telling me to call the office to see if my application could be reinstated and that I should have all my documents when I call. I was given so many conflicting reasons as to why the email was sent and it was sent to give me heads up to the amnesty program starting in January. Which the email mentions nothing about.
