Front office staff is constantly rude. She takes her position very unseriously, and is never nice. The case workers just sit around and gossip all day, as nobody ever actually gets anything done here. The youtube videos they make u watch are on their official youtube Monetized page, which should tell you everything you need to know. The water fountains up front do not work, again proving this place useless. They force ppl to come in 40 hours a week to jbh search,and everyone who has a job there is useless. They sit in their offices and gossip all day. Several employees on personal devices, which honestly compromises my data and information. Save your breath and time coming here. They cannot guide you. They can at most give you a headache. At least check u in so u dont lose benefits. This office is a sham and because of my experience here i honestly regret moving to Florida. If i had kids and wasn't single im sure id get the help i need though.

I just needed a 1099,and since I'm not so good on a computer I had to drive to Florida, (I moved to Georgia about 9 months ago.) Lake City was the closest place. Let me tell you I found this place to be the most pleasant place, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Morris was terrific and everything was smooth.

Cant get anything done here other than using the computer. As "They are not actually part of DEO, just a contractor". So anything you can do here, you can do yourself at home.
