Low key not so much. Remodel never stayed lived with in a 1mile radious whe lile for ppl around here it is a home away from the homeless shelter or pop and drop for sum who lost it all to life. Yet this is home. They respect there home to a point alot of illegal active used to happen seems to slowed way down and ppl seem to have more respect that are living there. Low rates expensive for living in my opinion but total get it if you have no fam but you and what most call the streets fam so i credit the owners for soreness, upgrade, clean up & hanging loyal too Ypsilanti. Hat's off 3 stars don't no on staying or how clean rooms are on arrival.

Clean but small. Has really weird rules but be sure to follow so you don't get kicked out. main rule no visitors and no more than 2 people per room. Luckily that's all I needed. Weekly price is now $210 a week plus $5 for room key deposit for total of $215 to check in. Tv remotes don't work and cable boxes are so old they glitch. You can't control the heat from your room but there is an air conditioner. I rented for a week and so far not bad. I would stay here again.
