As a native to SWFL seeing this Bonita Bay Designed Community popping up in 2003 I jumped at the opportunity to purchase a home here. (Member 47) I’m not a golfer, so I do not get involved with the Club. I understand the two courses are pretty good and well managed by the club owners. As with any neighborhood there will be those who rub people wrong. If I rub you wrong you are the problem.

These negative reviews are insane!!! Verandah is a wonderful place to live and I have been here, as a snowbird, for seven years and love the people, golf courses, club and fitness facilities.

I've been helping to deliver cars to snow birds for the last 3 years. Today I had the worst experience trying to help a resident receive his vehicle. It's not an army base or the White house. Have a little common sense and a lot more courtesy. The resident says it's an ongoing problem.
