We love, love, love this place! The custard is so creamy and delicious, and they always have new flavors to try. They also have dairy and gluten free options. The staff is always friendly and polite. The owner gives back to our community by sponsoring local school PTOs and hosting spirit nights for fundraising. Amazing shop, run by amazing people!!

Recently moved to the area and stumbled across Abbotts after dinner with the family. My father and I are originally from the Rochester NY area and my father grew up getting Abbotts at the original location(s) near Lake Ontario. The custard was just as good as we both remembered! Bonus points for selling Zweigel white hots. Just need a Wegmans, Pontillos and Tom Wahls and I’m set!

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience and this was our first time using this shop. Staff was unpleasant and dismissive when asking questions about the cake. We ended up having to rush to the store to buy another cake for our son on his 2nd birthday.
