the STAFF really make this place special. i was there for a music festival but it seems they have lots of other events. with staff like this i may need to try new fields of entertainment. for my event both the promotion staff and the park staff seemed to mesh seamlessly from the standpoint of a patron. well done Watermelon Pickers Fest and Clark co Ruritan fairgrounds.

There is a dmv place right outside of berryville that is right next to the used car dealership on buck marsh st

Bluegrass festival it was moved to Clarke co fairgrounds instead of watermelon park
Not sure if this helps at all, ma'am, but the Clarke County State Adminstered Fairgrounds only set off fireworks for their Fourth of July evening show. More than likely, this was an individual(s) not affiliated with the Fairgrounds. That is unfortunate to hear about the cat, though.
