Non of the water fountains works . Been like this for a long time. And the mini dryer for the members been out for a long time . Gym used to be great but I think the management really doesn't fix or maintain the place at all .

I’m not one to ever want to write bad reviews but this place deserves 0 stars. Place is so filthy, machines never work, and for some reason every time I’d get on the stair master and it was raining outside, without a doubt water would drip onto my forehead. I spent a good amount of money on their personal training services (16 classes over 1k) for only being able to use 4 classes total and not get a refund, every time I kept trying to schedule to meet, they always had an excuse to cancel last minute or not even text/call me back. Tried calling for a refund and told me I’d have to bring a doctors note that I’m not physically able, I am very well capable of going but seems like their PT employees just can’t keep up and I am not paying another penny towards this gym for the membership. I’ve been to many gyms and this is honestly by far the worst, you’re better off going to a planet fitness in the area, cleaner and better customer service. Save your money

I've been going to Xsports Alexandria, on and off, for 8 years now. Back in 2015, it use to be the best gym in the area. It had the best staff Adam,Rob.. the best personal trainers big lou, Zuani ... It was super clean with 2-3 people working the 3rd shift ( there is only one guy now, no wonder the place is a mess) I don't have anything negative to say about the staff. They are doing their best, they are just understaffed. *Steamroom is out of order for some time now *The carpet needs to be disinfected and vacuumed at least twice a day. That's why the gym smells like sweat * Cleaning logs should be introduced to whoever is cleaning the basketball court because it's a mess * About half of the treadmills don't work * NO TOWELS. Idk if it's because of covid or not * Because they don't have a card reader, a staff member has to manually enter all the information on your credit card Manually every time you purchase a bottle of water for example. Anyone behind the counter can easily steal your dough. Honestly though, Like Why? Even street vendors have card readers like square or something
