At first, I was approved for the procedure with my weight. Then when the tech called me back, he had issues with it. We did the scans anyway and there was no issues. Scans actually came out with great images. The radiologist was able to read them clearly. Even though the tech was curt, the 4 stars 🌟 are for his images he was able to get.

Go back in person and ask for transfer of paperwork to new doc.
I did not. Mine was a bone density scan that didn't even take five minutes. Pretty straight forward.
Iris is right. If you have insurance you should call them & ask them the copay for a dexa bone scan at a free standing imaging Center cause its different than any other facility. If you dont have insurance call Akumin & ask for cash price.
No classes as this is digital images facility not training facility.
