Incredibly accommodating. Great staff. Clean everything. I've just paid for my second month and I've had a great experience this far.

Leaving 4 stars, the price is high for what you get (but everything is going up) $800 a month, have had no problems here for our stay. Extra $25 monthly to have access to laundry room + pay for machines. Gravel pads with lots of nails laying around from people nailing skirting down to the ground. Big park, completely full right now 6/2022. Would stay again if we make it back to this area next year. Have to register your dogs with the park and the city, I think it was $10 each. We had all the paperwork so it wasn't bad.

Great, clean place !. Full of wonderful, helpful, friendly people!. Showers are nice!. Laundromat is clean and super useful!, park is great if you have kids! Or if your inner kid needs a healing moment on the playground haha, thanks to all that maintain the park!

Right off the highway, signs in the park for numbered spaces, area is pretty well lit. All gravel, not particularly level, water smells and nearby cattle create lots of flies. No signage to help you find it, had to wave down people to ask. No personnel on the property, calls go to answering system and return calls are next business day. Automatic two day charge for weekends.

There are regular office hours and Alene answers is there early and sometimes later. You can call ahead with your info, she will leave an envelope for you to pick-up.
I was wondering that as well it says nothing on how to access it.
Camping is always free but to park an Rv is a different story. I know the RV park is full but every now and then a spot opens up for someone to be able to park for a day or so. Overnight rates are $40 a day and $750 a month, that's if there's a spot available.
I wouldn't drink through a hose in your rv either way. If you do put a cleaner on both sides of hose. You can buy them anywhere including Walmart. You should be fine then. But we do not drink the water at any rv park.
