This pharmacy prioritizes profit over patient care. I had a few prescriptions filled here recently and I will not be using them again. My doctor put in an order for a few prescriptions on a Friday morning here. The pharmacy called me at 11 am and left a voicemail informing me that they did not have one of my prescriptions but, it had been ordered and my prescriptions would be ready for pickup in 3 days. When I went to pick up my prescriptions I was told at the counter that they would not accept one of my GoodRx coupons, despite being contractually obligated to do so (any pharmacy that takes GoodRx must accept their coupons with the exception of controlled substances, for which my medication was not). They told me that since the prescription had been “special” ordered for me and was not the pharmacy’s “preferred” manufacturer I would have to pay full price ($280). In addition to having already waited 3 days for this prescription, I had to have this prescription transferred to another pharmacy resulting in my care being delayed even longer. I would not recommend using this pharmacy.
