Hi Good Afternoon, at the moment the trolleys pick up at The Welcome Center (located 1001 E street NW) intersection of 10th & E street NW in the metro center area of Downtown Washington DC. Trolleys departs every hour between 10am & (4pm * last one of the day) & also have Monument's by Moonlight at 7:30pm which is the last one of the day/evening.

Depends on where you hop on the trolley. We just took the Metro from our hotel to Union Station and grabbed the trolley from there. Their main office has street parking from what I saw.
