Always great food. This is what is upsetting.. I ran high end hotels for 12 years and am a small business owner of an upscale salon. The young man who served us, must of been teenager or very early 20s was the most amazing person. What owners, and I laugh , because franchise owners are not really owners. They have to follow rules and pay fees. I hope this franchise owner truly realizes it staff like this guy who make them money while they sit back

Waited for 20 minutes before order was taken for drinks, after being seated. The floor was sticky from the far side of the restaurant all the way to the restrooms. The waiter brought our food out and never came back to refill fries, drinks, or offer to go boxes. Worst customer service we have experienced in a long time. Not sure I would return to this particular Red Robin.

I remember why I don’t come to Red Robin…so disappointing. My order came to the table with things missing, I asked for the correction and by the time it was brought to the table my burger was cold - not that having it hot would have made it taste any better. For a place so big on burgers, they’re only a step above what McDonalds serves. I’d recommend not paying the extra for bacon either, totally not worth it for the quality you receive. Definitely won’t be visiting a Red Robin ever again, especially when there’s a Freddy’s in the same shopping center. I hate feeling dissatisfied with a meal.

We are always inadvertently the 'difficult' table. Our server was a CHAMP. I believe her name is Lorissa, I really hope that is correct. Anyway, she was amazing y'all. Prompt, courteous, and most of all, patient! We don't mean to be a pain in the you know, it just happens lol. I don't personally eat much red meat, but this is still a favorite of mine. I order salad and my family always shares the endless fries with me. This visit we had 3 of the choices: sweet potato, garlic and regular. I had never tried the garlic style before. Lemme just say MMM!!! I am a huge garlic fan though. The sweet potato were amazing as well, just enough sweetness!! As we eat here often, we will definitely be back.
