My sales person, Fritz, was amazing. The entire car buying experience was pressure free. If I could give this dealership a 10 I would!

I went to this dealership a month ago to buy a Jeep for my daughter. I ordered a Jeep that was already en route from Ohio. They said you have to put $1,000.00 down to ensure the car will NOT be sold. Two days later I received a text from Wayne a manager and said sorry the Jeep was sold!! I said what happened to the promise it wouldn’t be sold… Crickets!!! The 3 Chrysler dealers In Jax are owned by one man. That said I took my business elsewhere and bought a Jeep. I would never recommend this company to anyone.. They Do Not stand by their word
h sells
I never write reviews. But this place is so bad that I am compelled to do it. It’s a shame I can’t give them 0 stars. Terrible people. Do yourself a favor and dont enter this establishment, call them, or even go on their website. From the top down communication is worse than carrier pigeon, the integrity of their employees is worse than wet paper, and they treat their customers worse than Enron did its shareholders. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST PLACE ON EARTH.

Don’t go to this dealership .Their customer service is horrible .Their bunch of liars that as soon as they get you sign the contract ,your own your own !We bought brand new truck last august and my husband keep on sending here a comment they keep on ignoring him. When we sign a contract it says 20 mileage when they delivered the truck found out 1800 miles ..Four rims are filled with stain or rust. They talk to us they said to get the extra warranty ..Found out that we have 5 years manufacture warranty ,and decided to cancel the extra warranty on the following day but nobody wants to do it..he even wrote a letter of cancellation but the finance manager even refused to accept the letter !He even told him not to come back to the dealership for his concern! For them customer is a dollar sign .As soon as you sign the contract customer service gets thrown out the window !As soon as you sign the contract, you left on your own !nobody can tell how they used the truck who used it,even here nobody answer my husband comments..

Katie all car dealerships are like that. They are sales people with new deals and incentives, so if you inquired about a car then they feel you may be interested in their latest promotions if you are still in the market for a new vehicle. I dont respect when you tell them to not call anymore and they continue! Next time request to be "PUT ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST" that usually works for me... keep in mind that they are just doing there jobs, and some do it poorly and dont input notes to your account so the next salesperson wont know not to call you with new promo.
Yes in fact at any given time we have somewhere between 150-200 preowned vehicles in stock. We typically have around 15 vehicles listed for less than $10,000 and we also have around 50% of our inventory that is factory certified with 100,000 mile warranty.
The only thing corporate is the hr in the baymeadows location. They don't have any corporate at this location. Maybe try contacting Tommy the store owner
Our service department is open 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday-Friday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Our Sales department is open 9-9 Monday-Saturday and 10-7 on Sundays... however these are only our posted hours and we will never turn a guest away if they show up prior to our closing times.
It's best to call them. Because I used to have PT cruise.r but I got rid of it it was giving me problems. But I would just go back and just talk to them and get more concrete information. happy fixing
The majority of our deals are done with no money down. In some cases the lender may require a down payment but I would venture to say this is less than 10% of the time.
That is the problem with this dealership. If there is a recall and your VIN is in that group you should not have to prove a thing. At least that has been my experience with other dealers.
