I am a Broker Of Record in NY and NJ for over 20 years. Managing two offices with 40 agents. As well I am a real estate instructor in NJ and have my own real estate school, teaching brokers and agents. New Jersey is one of toughest states in a country with Real Estate Rules and Regulations. I took twice the broker’s test through this school. I got 67% and 69% on those tests. I will be very honest with you, that I DID study very well using their Book, in addition I took the course twice with them. My personal assumption is that perhaps the course they provide is not sufficient enough to match their brokers exam.

I would strongly recommend Bob Hogue School of Real Estate. My Realtor recommended this school to me after I had inquired about becoming a licensed professional in this industry. All of the instructors were amazing, however Robert Gordon has a special gift for teaching. He explained everything so throughly and had such great patience. I took live online courses for the sales associate program and had no issues at all. I passed my class exam on December 2020 and passed the State Exam on April of 2021(on the first try). I studied, attended all classes and also purchased study material from their website. The price for the class and books were very reasonable. Thank you!!!

According to our records the 14 Hour CE Education was completed on March 31, 2022 and submitted to the DBPR (FREC) that same day. Your license shows as renewed with an expiration date of 3/31/2024. I will send a copy of that completion to your email. Thank you for choosing our School.

Thank you for contacting our school. You will need to complete the 14hr Continuing Education and pay your renewal fee to the DBPR by 9/30/19 in order to renew your license. We have emailed the information directly to you. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns, we answer phones from 8 am until 10 pm, Monday through Sunday.
Although our course is not specifically approved for continuing education in the state of Indiana, some other states will accept our course for credit. You will need to contact the Indiana Real Estate Commission at (317) 234-3009 to inquire about whether they recognize education from different states.
Yes book is given to you first day of class when you come in. There is a second book that has 1-2 extra practice tests. And includes flashcards you can cut out and use. That supplemental book is $20
