Positive: The staff was great and as accommodating as possible under the circumstances. Negative: The pool was not functional and has not been for two years. Neither is there a breakfast offered as advertised. I specifically booked with these perks in mind. Very disappointed!!

The price was good and allowed our dog. Our first room bathroom door was broken and nonfunctional. Shower fixtures wobbled on the walls. Helpful desk clerk issued a different room that functioned better but was not recently cleaned. The beds were an upgrade though so better sleeping. Thank you for the nice employees and at least keeping the beds very clean and comfortable.

I work for choice hotel and a quality inn and I was shocked on how dirty the rooms are the A.C needs replaced it looked like it wasn't dusted swept or mopped for a loooong time the shower still had someone else's hair in it and was dirty pulled back the covers hair dirt etc if you haven't rented a room out in awhile BE SURE IT IS CLEAN for the guest no matter how long the room has been sitting it does get dirty! tbh it's embarrassing to stay there the staff is amazing and friendly but the rooms hell no nasty and it says no smoking but the hallways smelt like cigarettes nasty won't stay there again......
