I have never written a one star review for anyone. I usually try to find the good in any situation, but I can't keep quiet about this anymore. Do the math for this dealership. They have 227 reviews, and 52 of them are ONE STAR reviews. Lots of the 5 star reviews they have don't have any explanation, just the 5 stars. Those are usually done by people intentional posting to raise the rating of the business. I would be willing to bet lots of them are posted by Friends/Family of the establishment. In December, I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima. The salesman assured me it was a great car, and there were no issues with it. That it had regular maintenance. He even showed me a Carfax that looked good, but now I question whether it was accurate. Since December, I have had to replace....The Transmission, The Air conditioning System, The Tires, The Battery. It has an oil leak, and is anything but the vehicle I expected it to be. I bought it in December, when the transmission failed in March, I called the dealership and talked to the salesman/manager who sold me the car, and he just basically told me life was tough, and they could care less about the car they sold me. I said all this to tell you to read each review here carefully, especially the one stars BEWARE of any vehicle on the lot. Do your own Carfax, don't take the one they provide for you. I will never do business with this place again, I would strongly encourage you to stay away....RUN AWAY.

Stay away from this place they sell rebuilt salvage title wrecks and pass them off as clean title fresh trade ins. Josh Capps also buys parts on the internet and then sends their used defective parts back to where they purchase parts from. This is one shady outfit DON’T WALK AWAY RUN AWAY YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID

This is my go to place for service of my Hyundai Tucson. All the staff are awesome and made my wait as accommodating as possible when I got my car serviced. Highly recommend.
