Very unprofessional staff, rude and not honest person who handled our issue , yelling over the phone to my husband with my kids listening this unexpected actitud ,very aggressive treating us to cancel our services and yelling again letting us know that “now you didn’t have service from us “for the only reason we don’t accept as normal things the water leaks .The owner not willing to accept or review our complaint . and of course we requested by email the cancellation of their services immediately.

I wish it were possible to leave zero stars because that is what they deserve. I should have listened to all the warnings that my friends and neighbors told me about how they also had to fire them. Sub-par cleaning, horrible attitudes, unprofessional behavior from employees and the owner and overcharging for items was not just my experience. I stuck with them thinking that things would improve, but did not. I would caution all those seeking their services to shop around first and there is a reason they only have a 4 star rating.
