Once again this store has hit an all time low my wife brought in an international document to be notarized and AFTER the notary told her to sign it. Then she said oh we can't notarize this ,it's in a foreign language. That document came overseas and took weeks to get and now it's useless thanks to their total incompetence.

Unacceptable and unprofessional service. I mailed an international document package. It's urgent so I was convinced by the staff there that UPS gives better service. He said that, unlike USPS, they can track the package outside of the border. It'll be from UPS here to UPS there in that country. I paid $171 and some cents for the fastest deliver because I badly needed it to be delivered on/before the 20th. The staff said it'll be delivered on the 16th of July. I've been calling UPS international about it and stuff. The packaged was tagged as delivered on the 30th of July when what really happened was the receiver went to the facility and picked up the package to avoid further delay. This store didn't even compensate. I asked for a refund because of the inconvenience I went through. The owner declined. I even asked if he could refund at least the difference of the regular shipping versus the expedite fee I paid. The owner declined. This is ridiculous. Not coming back to this specific store.

If I could give 10 stars I would, because the staff at this location deserves it!!! Everyone here are so kind and always help me with everything I've ever needed and I come here pretty frequently too. Theres times, I came unprepared, like boxes that need to be taped. I've printed countless of things and the pricing is so beyond fair, I've even sent my Usps package from here too and they were very accommodating. I'm very thankful for the people at this location. Thank you guys!!!
