Negative stars if I could. I had an issue with my SIM card. The rep told me it’s because of my iPhone. Then tried to sell me a new one for a brand new phone I had just bought. I went to apple and they said it’s fine. Visited another Verizon store and the manager was able to figure it out. Never come here.

Normally the stores won't do "repair" type stuff, you'll have to do it if they have the items in store or it's sent out for repair by trained technicians.
If it's an apple product you can call apple support and they can walk you through it.
