Wait time has really increased at this facility compared to the past times I’ve been here to renew tags. Looks like there’s only 2 stations being used this 6/24 afternoon and the waiting area is full with an hour wait time. Past 1st Class service has degraded down to subpar levels. Drive up windows just for renewing tags would be so helpful instead of waiting with the masses on other vehicle issues. This is so unlike St John’s County to wait soooo long!
