5 stars for the cashier. She was the only one working the front and she was fast nice, and accommodating, Anyaha I think is he name. Was definitely getting busy and she could've used some help, hope she got it, and a raise. Food was very good!

Bojangles in Richlands usually has a full drive thru but they get through it quickly. Food wise; I’ve never experienced an issue except for (paying) Asking for an extra Sauce & not getting it. Since we get Supremes Dinners they stick the sauces in the boxes however when you order extra their usually not in the box so make sure you CHECK not just ask because I even started asking “is the EXTRA sauce I paid for in there?” They’d say “yes it’s in the boxes.” Then id get home & be 3 sauces short. If I didn’t pay for them I wouldn’t care but since they have those “you gotta pay for extra sauce” signs up I need one that says “you got to give me the sauces if I have to pay for them!” It’s happened so much that I won’t pull away without looking. I’m usually not that Heather that’s going to hold up a line of cars but money is money & by God I want what you’re making me pay for. Other than the SAUCE ISSUE. (I’m a stickler for money & if I don’t get what I pay for it will drive me crazy!!!) specially since they’ve started putting up signs like they have been taken advantage of for sauces. When I have a tab for 50 sauces I’ve never received but been charged for. Still the Customer Service at the Window is great, I’ve never had an issue. Their usually crowded during “eating” hours like B,L & D. The food is always decent hence the reason we eat there every time we go over to Richlands Walmart. All in all a good experience. Just make sure you are getting those sauces!!! 😉

This location is VERY unprofessional. The line was earapped around the building so I decided to go inside. The young lady at the register seems to enjoy playing instead of multitasking and taking care of the customers. She held the line up waiting for change for a young man who ordered 12 Bo berry biscuits. When In fact she could have kept the line going by taking orders while waiting in change. She then proceeded to go back and forth between taking orders and giving out food when there was already a young lady working that area. Its unsanitary to handle money then proceed to handle the food without washing hands or putting on gloves. The crew seems to be a bit much young and Immature. So I will assume this is why the line is always long and the food is never fresh. The associates seem to be horseplaying and unconcerned with the line and the lobby. Then a customer from drive thru came in because their sandwich was missing slaw. The associate proceeded to tell the customer that this is location is out of slaw. Why wouldn’t they tell the customer that upon ordering. There seems to be a lack of communication within. That should have been noted upon the customer ordering. Biggest mess!!!!!!!!!! I say if you don’t care about your customers abs the quality of food and service you’re providing. You Should just stay home!!!!!!This is my first review but not my first bad visit. NEVER AGAIN.
