SANDY is so rude. Unhelpful. Gives false information pertaining to GPS locations for deliveries. Paid extra for insurance on a package that was scanned as delivered but never was. This post office has theives working for them.

It's weird because the tracking number I have for my package just says it was delivered in or at mailbox today... But no mail has been delivered cuz the mail don't even run... What's up with that?
