If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE, they will charge WAY MORE for things and not tell you about it. Absolutely terrible, never again! Came in to pick up chargers and napkins for my wedding and they dropped a bomb on me saying they didn’t have enough of the chargers ordered and the party before us broke some of them! So I VERY reluctantly accepted the alternative since we came from another state and didn’t have time to make the switch ourselves. The alternative were cheap ugly brown plastic plates that had tags on them for $1.99 each. We lost a few of them and they charged us $100 at $12 a piece. People threw them away assuming they were garbage from the cheap feel. They charged my card before sending a final invoice and when I called to ask about it, Christy hung up on me and said the call dropped.

AA Tents has to be the most disappointing vendor I've ever had to work with. The only benefit to them was they were cheaper but that came at a cost. We used them for a wedding We rented 74 chairs 9 tables and a dance floor and plates. They Did not communicate when things would be delivered at all. And with countless phone calls to get a confirmation it was always "They haven't built the Route yet" We showed up to our venue to a disappointing sight the $70 farm tables were built out of Home Depot Scraps and were wobbly and unstable not to mention they were trashed. Most of the folding tables looked like they were thrown off a building. A good portion of the chairs were unusably broken. most chairs the padded "cushion" was falling off and the Dance floor was absolutely trashed with the way they fought me on delivering early because of concern for rain i expected a nice looking dance floor. They made no effort to level it. Pickup was the same issue we had no idea when they were coming so after our wedding at 10:00 at night we had to strip everything down so we had a chance to sleep in. When we got back that morning to pickup they had knocked over our backdrop and left the $150 LED Neon sign we bough in the dirt. Will never rent here again and will never recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Jose to design the set up for my wedding reception. I love what he created! He spent time with me understanding exactly what I wanted and created a sketch design to make sure he got it right. The day before they set up the reception and they noticed one of their fans wasn't working. They went back to their warehouse to swap it out with a working one without wasting time. The set up looked amazing and the take down was very efficient as well. Thank you Jose for making the space so beautiful!
