The place has horrible customer service. The pins never reset correctly. Sometimes pins come up. Sometimes they dont. They have two handicap lanes that are out of order. They dont have anything on the food menu available. Everytime the pins do not reset, the guy behind the counter just laughs and refuses to give us our money back

Never seen an alley that denies service an hour before. Came in at 8 and said they were closing lanes.

Loads of fun for a party of 12 but could use several improvements. Chipped balls including some with chips at the finger holes, pin resetters that were constantly either missing a pin at pick up or randomly dropping the sweep bar after a ball was rolled and ball returns that were so worn out the ball would consistently stop at the opening and begin to spin backwards, were the main concerns we saw. The pizza from their bar had a nice crisp crust and was a solid 7 out of 10 on taste!
