Normally in the morning I have great service here. Today I put in a mobile order it got deducted from my banking account and it wouldn't let me check in. I checked my account to see what sonic I logged it at and it was at the Arkansas City KS store. I am unable to get my drinks because they won't pop up on their mobile order thing. I was able to show where I paid for the drinks and that it was at Arkansas City sonic they didn't care.

A lot of broken stalls, but the food was prompt and fresh when we found one that worked. You can't beat Sonic onion rings...

If I could give zero I would found hair in my food 3 times and not small hair large hair haven't ate there since. 1st time was a sonic burger about a 2 in hair on it 2nd time was mozzarella sticks cheese hanging out the top with a 1 inch black hair stuck to it 3rd time was actually in my route 44 drink 🤢🤢🤢 absolutely sick they need to wear hairnets. all food places should

Place has turned into a dump, all posts have been hit and leaning, menu screens that don't work, driveway is nasty, yellow caution tape blowing around, service is very slow and prices are very high, sad to see how the owner's have let it run down. Got home with shakes and so thick had to eat it with a spoon and they forgot to mix in the syrup, carhop was very pleasant at least!
